If you’re looking for the best massage school coupled by the highest caliber faculty and administration it’s equal, NHI is it. Having been in massage education for several years, I can say shy from any doubt, the school, curriculum to teaching standards far exceeds anything I’ve experienced in the industry.Something magical happens when you combine 30 years of commitment, 1 part faculty superb and their continual drive for further improvements. It was no surprise when I heard NHI was awarded massage school of the year. If you’re thinking about massage education, invest a bit of time at on campus, talk to the teachers and definitely sit in on a class.

Get Prepared for California State Certification

Upon completion of this program, graduates are fully prepared and qualified to take the MBLEX exam required for California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) Certification.

After completing 500 hours of the program, you’ll be eligible to begin the application process for CAMTC certification. Once you’re certified you can work in the massage therapy field. If you become certified before graduating the program, you can begin working while you finish your training.

I am an architect and I decided to explore massage therapy as an alternative to spending eight hours a day at a desk. Every class was amazing and I loved the AVK teaching method that is used at NHI which is learning by hearing, seeing and doing, it really helped make the curriculum easy to learn because we got the information in so many different ways.
