Prerequisite: Alexander Technique Approach, Level 1
Description: In this class, the students observe the different movements of their arms from the three main joints: the shoulder, the elbow, and the wrist. When flexion, extension, pronation, or supination is carried out with increased awareness, then less effort is required, and the movement is done with more balance and in a more natural way. This class is taught for personal development only and not as training to become a teacher or a practitioner of the Alexander Technique.
Student Notes: Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a paperback book and a towel to lie on. Bring questions and concerns regarding specific body movements or activities.
