Continuing Education: Injury Prevention

Injury Prevention Massage

Perhaps the massage therapist’s most important job is to work with a client’s pain and dysfunction before it becomes an actual injury.

For example, we work on the Trigger Points and deep muscles in the lower leg before tightness there results in a torn ligament. We learn to explain this process to a client, set up the appropriate number of sessions to get specific results.
