Trigger Point Therapy Massage

You will understand the real nature of a muscle “knot,” the common name for a Trigger Point. These Trigger Points cause pain not only in the area they are located, but also in “referred” areas of the body.

We will distinguish between Active, Latent, and Satellite Trigger Points, and learn how to relieve the pain they cause. Clients can get better, even after years of having a problem.
