Join us on Tuesday, May 3rd from 6:00-10:00pm for a Stress Management Class observation! Stress is one thing we all have in common. Learn how to help yourself relax and how this can benefit others. We will find over a dozen acupressure points for stress like frustration, grief, anxiety, and many more conditions. We will also discuss how we can use our breath to combat stress and learn how to breathe correctly. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn from one of our experienced instructors and get a taste of what it’s like to be a student at NHI!
