Hands-On Intro to Swedish Massage

You’re invited to the first day of our Swedish massage class! This is a great opportunity to be a NHI student for the day and learn the basic techniques of a Swedish style massage. You’re welcome to participate fully, giving and receiving the bodywork. No previous experience is necessary, we’ll teach the massage movement by movement. Looking forward to seeing you in class!
No experience necessary to participate, please feel free to bring a friend!
