Join us for a complimentary NHI class to experience being a student for a day! During this class, you will join our current students in learning their Swedish Massage series. See what massage school is all about, while learning incredible Swedish massage techniques! You are welcomed to stay the entire class or the first two hours. Swedish Massage is a popular style of massage that uses oil or lotion and techniques such as long, gliding strokes aimed at relaxation, and increased physical well-being. Class observations are a wonderful way to sample what our current in-person + online hybrid curriculum looks like, as well as meet current students and an instructor/mentor!
No experience necessary! You’ll learn how to practice the techniques even if you don’t have someone to work on at this time.
