Experience a 3 –day trial of classes online for an introduction to Shiatsu Massage. A form of acupressure massage from Japan, Shiatsu leaves the recipient relaxed, calm, and energized. The bodywork often includes muscle compression and softening, joint mobilization, and stretching.
No experience necessary! You’ll learn how to practice the techniques even if you don’t have someone to work on at this time.
