Experience what it’s like to be a student before you enroll! Join our students for their Stretching Massage Class!
At the completion of the class, the Student Will Be Able to:
- Use their knowledge of the agonist and antagonist relationship and ROM to create stretches for various muscles.
- Apply several stretches to their own muscles as well as clients.
- Have a better understanding of receptors in muscles and tendons in the body and how they respond to stretch
- Be able to explain the basic benefits of stretching for both self-care and client homeostatic skeleton-muscular maintenance.
Admissions and Financial Aid will also be available if you have questions!
