Sample our 4–Day Trial classes online for an introduction to Shiatsu Massage- A form of acupressure massage from Japan, Shiatsu leaves the recipient relaxed, calm, and energized. The bodywork often includes muscle compression and softening, joint mobilization, and stretching.
- Shiatsu 1 – Monday April 19th 6-10pm
- Shiatsu 2 – Wednesday April 21st 6-10pm
- Shiatsu 3 – Saturday April 24th 8:45am-12:45pm
- Shiatsu 4- Monday April 26th 6-10pm
No experience necessary! You’ll learn how to practice the techniques even if you don’t have someone to work on at this time.
