Stretching is a simple and effective way to help relieve both physical and mental stiffness that can come from stress. Join us and learn how stretching improves elasticity and mobility in tense muscles. Included in this 2 hour sampler are some simple techniques that can be done on yourself or with a partner to help relieve those aching muscles and busy mind. Financial aid and Admissions Representatives will be available for any questions.
Dress comfortably in clothes that will allow you to stretch – no tight jeans or tops please.
