Hands-on Introduction to Swedish Massage

You’re invited to day 3 of our Swedish massage series! This is a great opportunity to be a NHI student for the day and learn the basic techniques of a Swedish style massage. You’re welcome to participate fully, giving and receiving the bodywork. Feel free to bring a friend.
No previous experience is necessary, we’ll teach the massage movement by movement. This is a complimentary class, but please RSVP as space may be limited.
