ONLINE | Ice Therapy Massage Sampler

You’re invited to join us on Zoom Thursday, November 5th from 2-3:30pm for an online sample class on Ice Therapy Massage. This is a wonderful sneak peek into our Sports Massage curriculum. You will be guided by an experienced NHI instructor on how and when to apply ice with massage, and learn all about how and why this work can be beneficial!

To really make the experience and participate, we recommend having a towel and some ice or something really cold, like a bag of frozen veggies! Having ice on hand is not required, you are welcome to join us and observe!

**Start classes in November and receive $1000.00 off tuition, and a complimentary massage table!**
