Join us for this hands-on and no-cost Sampler class! Learn how to incorporate massage into the lives of busy working professionals. This sampler will go over ergonomics (most efficient body positioning for required tasks) and common ailments people acquire from everyday work activities such as sitting at a desk or being on their feet all day.
