Join us for this hands-on and no-cost Sampler class! Swedish massage is one of the foundational modalities that we teach at NHI. It is a very popular form of massage that is practiced in spas and clinical settings throughout the world. The fluidity of Swedish massage, including long, sweeping strokes over the body, can provide a deep level of relaxation, stress reduction and alleviation of daily aches and pains.
