Experience what it’s like to be a student before you enroll! Join our newest group of students for one of their Introductory Shiatsu Massage classes on Monday, October 17th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm.
A form of acupressure massage from Japan, Shiatsu leaves the recipient relaxed, calm, and energized. The bodywork often includes muscle compression and softening, joint mobilization, and stretching. Join us for class to meet our amazing teachers + get to know potential classmates! Each class has a 10 minute break every hour. Please feel free to stay the entire time or just a portion of the time!
You can get your questions answered regarding this 12-month schedule that meets Monday & Wednesday 6:00pm-10:00pm + Saturday 8:45am – 5:15 pm. If you love your experience and you’re ready to get started right away, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll to continue classes with this group!
