Join us on Wednesday March 2nd from 1pm-3pm, for a complimentary in-person Shiatsu Massage sample class! Learn an introduction to our Shiatsu Massage classes – A form of acupressure massage from Japan, Shiatsu leaves the recipient relaxed, calm, and energized. The bodywork often includes muscle compression and softening, joint mobilization, and stretching. This is a wonderful way to sample our current hybrid style classes! You will also have the chance to meet an instructor and speak to admissions & financial aid representatives to learn more about our comprehensive hybrid online + in-person curriculum, schedules and financial aid options.
