IN-PERSON | Deep Tissue Massage Class Observation

In this second Deep Tissue Class, you will learn the physiology of muscles and the surrounding tissue and how to work with those properties, making it easier and more effective to do deep work. We will include an exercise that will help you better understand how the body receives, or rejects deep work, depending on the approach.
