This class introduces Deep Tissue Massage, which is described as targeted bodywork that focuses on working in layers. This is some of the most highly requested bodywork, especially within the Spa industry. We will learn how to use other “tools” for bodywork, in addition to our hands, including soft fists, forearms and elbows.
