IN-PERSON | Shiatsu Massage Sampler

This is an opportunity to be a part of a sampler class, and to learn and practice Shiatsu Massage. This is a style of massage that comes to us from Japan, with its roots in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Unlike most “Western” massage styles, this massage has the client fully clothed, minus shoes.
You will have a chance to receive, and to practice a few of the amazing techniques that are part of this popular modality in this 2 hour class. Including some barefoot massage techniques that may surprise you! Suggested attire is yoga/gym comfortable. Wear clothing that you will be comfortable moving around in for this work that will be presented on floor massage mats and, if needed, adapted to a massage table.
