IN-PERSON | Side-Lying Swedish Massage Class Observation

Join us as we learn to use Swedish Massage Techniques, with our client positioned on their side. You will be sitting in with students who have just learned to be proficient in giving a full body Swedish Style Massage, a style that utilizes lotions or oils to apply strokes that are beneficial to overall wellness. The first hour of class will be a lecture about the work we will be doing in the class, while the second hour will be a demonstration, by the instructor, on the specific techniques the students will be practicing. You are welcome to stay for the first hour or two, as well as the third and fourth hours of class, to find out what a full bodywork class feels like at NHI.
