Experience what it’s like to be a student at NHI by observing a Shiatsu Massage class! Join our newest group of students for one of their Introductory Shiatsu Massage classes on Monday, January 23rd and/or Wednesday, January 25th from 6:00pm – 10:00pm. You’re welcome to attend for a portion of the class or stay to participate the entire time!
A form of acupressure massage from Japan, Shiatsu leaves the recipient relaxed, calm, and energized. The bodywork often includes muscle compression and softening, joint mobilization, and stretching. Join us for class to meet our amazing teachers + get to know potential classmates! Each class has a 10 minute break every hour.
Admissions and Financial Aid will also be available if you have questions about how to enroll for this 12-month schedule that meets Monday & Wednesday 6pm-10pm + Saturday 8:45am-5:15pm. If you love your experience and you’re ready to get started right away, you’ll have the opportunity to enroll to continue classes with this group!
