Continuing Education: Orthopedic Massage

Orthopedic Massage

You will learn specific assessment tools to determine if massage is appropriate for a certain condition, or if you should refer the client to another health professional.

For example, is their low-back pain a muscle problem, or a joint problem? Massage therapists work with muscle and other soft tissue; we refer joint problems to other qualified professionals.
