Comprehensive Massage Therapy School Programs
Selecting the right massage therapy school is critical to your success as a massage therapist. Whether you’re new to massage therapy or you currently work in the field, we offer comprehensive massage therapy training that will help you begin or advance your career.
An 800-hour comprehensive, foundational program that provides graduates with well-rounded, hands-on experience. Our massage school includes training in Eastern and Western modalities, anatomy, kinesiology, physiology, and pathology, assessment and strategy, and 160 clinical hours.
The 450-hour Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program (ANMT) is a comprehensive continuing education program and is the only of its kind in the country to be accredited by the Department of Education. The program equips you to work alongside medical professionals, athletic teams, or in injury rehabilitation.
Earn an AAS degree in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy and Clinical Medical Massage. Your title upon completing the AAS degree program will be Advanced Neuromuscular Therapist and Medical Massage Clinician.
NHI offers a 450-hour Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program (ANMT) or 8 hours of in-person CE classes. NHI is an approved Continuing Education Provider for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork.
Use your life experience to drive curriculum development. You do not need to spend extra time or money relearning things you already know. If you feel confident with a specific course, you can test out of it by taking a Challenge Exam. The score you earn on the test (75%+) will be your grade for that class.
We are authorized under federal law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students at our Emeryville/San Francisco and Studio City/Los Angeles campuses. These campuses offer our comprehensive Massage Therapy Training Program and our Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy Program.
