Join us at NHI Sacramento on Thursday, May 8 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm for a dynamic, hands-on experience in this Sports Massage Sampler Class, focusing on working with athletes before and after events!
We’ll explore the key goals and techniques of Sports Massage including fast-paced methods to prepare the body for action and slower recovery-focused approaches to support optimal repair. You’ll have the opportunity to practice what you learn so dress comfortably!
Our Admissions & Financial Aid team will be available during the class to answer your questions and, if you are ready to get started, help you with the enrollment process!
