This simple yet profoundly effective type of bodywork has numerous benefits. Gently rocking and shaking the body helps relax muscles, calm the nervous system, open up joints, and helps bring the body into balance. NHI’s version of Rocking and Shaking can stand on its own or be easily incorporated into other massage modalities.
