Join NHI San Jose for a complimentary and exciting Kinesiology and Palpation Sampler Class on Wednesday, December 17 from 2pm to 5pm. Come check out how we teach the study of movement and muscles in our unique hybrid environment.

During this session, you’ll:

• Learn about major muscles of the body
• Get introduced to basic terminology
• Engage in hands-on palpation
• Understand practical applications

The class will be led by our experienced Neuromuscular Massage Instructors, and our current Core Program students will guide you through the value of understanding the body in a way that’s both fun and easy to apply. Please bring comfortable clothes and your curiosity!
