Join us at NHI San Jose for a complimentary Sports Massage with Lymphatic Facilitation Sampler Class on Wednesday, March 4 from 2pm to 4pm. You will learn about the benefits of Sports Massage for pre and post event recovery and facilitation of muscle tissue.
