Join us at NHI Santa Ana on Wednesday, July 8 from 2pm to 4pm for a complimentary Sports Massage Sampler Class, a condensed version of the real training our students experience at National Holistic Institute. You’ll get off the sidelines and onto the table, learning techniques used to prepare athletes before a workout and help the body recover afterward.
