NHI Santa Rosa Campus is hosting 3 Class Observations, and we would love to have you come sit in and experience our class hands on with our instructors and current students! This gives you a real hands-on experience that shows you how our class structure is taught and what it’s like to be a student here at NHI!

Thai massage is often described as having someone “perform yoga” on you. Indeed, both Thai massage and yoga go back to ancient times, having their origins in India.

The work itself includes:

• General, rhythmic pressure on the body
• Followed by thumb pressure along specific lines
• Stretches

Foot Reflexology is a modality that has been practiced by numerous ancient healing cultures for thousands of years. By using special finger pressure techniques, it is believed that the body can enjoy profound relaxation and stress reduction.

This class is open for observation Thursday, May 8 – 8:45am – 12:45pm
