During this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to locate and activate key acupressure points that can help relieve common health concerns such as headaches, jaw pain, hiccups, PMS, nausea, and general pain. We’ll guide you through the benefits of each point and show you how to combine them into a powerful self-care routine—for yourself or a loved one.
