Positive Energy Flowing

We are magnets. When we emit positive energy, we attract more positives to us. If we want to attract heath, wellness, and vitality to ourselves, we must stop circulating (and re-circulating) toxic, negative thoughts and feelings. At NHI, we foster students and staff loving and accepting themselves as they are right now. We learn to let go of past resentments and disappointments through the power of touch and deep acceptance. In an environment of embodied love, fear is released and the day is appreciated and not resisted. This core belief is first among our many blessings.
